At Camelia Trendy Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and accessories (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to cameliatrendyclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please include photos if the item is faulty or damaged.
  2. Await Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions and a return authorisation if your return is approved.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached.
  4. Ship Your Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping address will be provided with your return authorisation. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Rejected Refunds: If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used, damaged, missing tags), your refund may be rejected, and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (at our sole discretion), such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process as outlined above for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges. This ensures you get your desired item quickly, and we can process your return efficiently.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at cameliatrendyclothing@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for such cases.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
